Can you describe your work?

Style, Field, Specialization

A food designer is a concept developer and product designer specialized in food. I myself am focused on the hospitality industry, particularly fine dining. A current development in fine dining is the search for own identity for restaurants and chefs. Dining is not just a meal, it is an experience. Like going to a theater or concert. I'm always looking for new techniques and developments outside the hospitality industry that can be used to create this experience.

Personal, preference

I am pleased with most of my work. The litmus test, is seeing your own work after a certain amount of time is passed. If I'm not fed up with it, I've delivered good work.
